What supporting documents must I present when collecting the vehicle from the branch?
When collecting the vehicle from the branch, you must present:
- Valid proof of ID;
- Proof of address from the previous 3 months;
- Your driving licence;
- A valid bank card, in the name of the person who is signing the agreement.
What are the opening times of Petit Forestier branches?
Petit Forestier refrigerated vehicle rental locations are open Monday - Friday from 7.15am to 6.30pm and Saturday from 7.15am to 12 noon.
When is the security deposit taken?
The security deposit is taken when the vehicle is collected. It must be taken from the bank card of the person named as the driver on the vehicle rental agreement. Your rental agreement will state the amount of the security deposit.
Can I return the vehicle to a different branch?
No, you must return the vehicle to the branch it was collected from.
Can I return the vehicle early?
You can return the rented vehicle before the date in your rental agreement to the collection branch during its opening hours, however, no refund will be given for the remaining time.
Can I return the vehicle outside the branch opening times? Is there an additional charge for this?
No, the rented vehicle must be returned during the opening hours of the branch it was collected from. Our staff will check over the vehicle with you to assess its condition upon return. Any vehicle left in front of or near to the branch without the driver present and without returning the key in person to one of our employees shall be considered as unreturned. This shall result in additional rental costs.
Are there any particular conditions for returning the vehicle?
When you return the vehicle, it should have a full tank of fuel. You will be charged if this has not been done. Also remember to remove all goods from the refrigerated body and all personal items from the cabin.
